Charlotte Ann (Crothers) Bottom, age 75 and a longtime resident of Macomb, Oklahoma, passed away July 1, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m.

Jacob Skyler Washington, 33, died Wednesday, May 17, 2023, in Seminole. Jake was born January 4, 1990, in Seminole, to Jeff Rogers and Georgia Washington. Services will be Friday, July 7, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.

Jones James Dale Jones age 86, of Wewoka, passed away Monday, June 26, 2023. He was born October 1, 1936 in Wewoka, OK to the late Fred Albert Jones and Dorothy (Starkey) Jones.

Cloud Opal Vivian Tiger Paschal Cloud, 88, of Arkansas City, KS passed away Wednesday, June 21,2023 at the South-Central Kansas Regional Medical Center. Opal was born in Seminole Oklahoma on October 24,1934 to parents, Edmond Tiger and Lucy McGrit Tiger, both deceased.

Peggy Marie Neill age 93, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023 in Purcell, OK. She was born January 6, 1930 in Henryetta, OK to the late Theodore Felty Ussery and Lucille (Webster) Ussery. She married Donom Neill on November 17, 1948. She graduated from Wewoka in 1946.

Fox Wewoka resident, Scott Lee Fox, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Scott, the son of Raymond and Wanda (Chupco) Fox, was born October 19, 1978, in Wewoka. He worked as an oil field worker. He enjoyed watching football and western movies.

Heaney Martha Louise Heaney, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023 in Shawnee, OK, at the age of 73. Martha was born on February 13, 1950 in Seminole, OK to Willie McNeill and Mary (Ruthford) McNeill.

Foxx Robert Lee Foxx, Shawnee resident, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 79. Robert was born on February 10, 1944, in Seminole, Oklahoma to Andrew Foxx and Doretha Vivian Foxx. Robert graduated from Pleasant Grove High School.

A graveside funeral service for Ronald E. Saxon, 80, of Chickasha, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023 in Fairlawn Cemetery with Dennis Fredricks officiating. Ronald E. Saxon was born January 11, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Luther W. Saxon and Ella Fay (Brewer) Saxon.

Bowlegs resident, Ruthie Fay (Dunigan) Churchwell, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2023 at her home. Ruthie, the daughter of Clarence and Ada Bell (Willis) Dunigan, was born March 17, 1950, in Mena, Arkansas. When she was 14, she met her soul mate, Carl Ray Churchwell.
