The Bowlegs Bison hosted the Maysville Warriors for their last game of the regular football season Thursday night on Senior Night. The game was scheduled for Friday the eighth but due to the weather conditions that were projected for Friday, the game was moved to Thursday.

Tuesday night, New Lima hosted the Macomb Hornets for their second game of the basketball season. The game was on the Falcons home court and the home crowd showed up. The New Lima Falconettes started the evening off and took off with the early lead.

The Varnum Whippets and Lady Whippets kicked off their basketball season Friday night with a road win at New Lima. The New Lima Falconettes and Varnum Lady Whippets started the evening off first with an evenly match first quarter. The game was tied 0-0 heading into the second.

Seminole State College’s women’s soccer team captured the NJCAA Region II and South-Central District Championships with a 2-0 win over Rose State on Nov. 3 at the Advance Soccer Complex in Enid, Oklahoma.

The Konawa Tigers hosted the Rush Springs Redskins Friday night for their homecoming football game. The Tigers took the early lead and never looked back as the Konawa Tigers won 46-26. Konawa selected Jaygen Goodnight as their Queen, and she was escorted by Jeremiah Flores.
