Read moreOne woman is in jail not only for driving without a license, but for being in possession of a stolen vehicle as well. According to police reports, on Monday, Sept. 28, Officer Billy Messner with the Seminole Police Department noticed Kaile Bowlegs driving a white Chevrolet pickup that matched the description of a vehicle that was reported stolen out of Ada. He also knew that Bowlegs didn’t have a valid driver’s license, so Messner followed the vehicle to Buddy’s Appliance Center on Main Street.
