The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Mikkah Tramain Cosar. Cosar is wanted for shooting with intent to kill. The Seminole County District Court has issued a $500,000.00 warrant for his arrest.

Seminole’s American Legion Post 204 is honoring Fred Smith with a special flag at Veteran’s Park in downtown Seminole. This flag begans flying on October 1 and will remain for the entire month of October.

One woman is in jail not only for driving without a license, but for being in possession of a stolen vehicle as well. According to police reports, on Monday, Sept. 28, Officer Billy Messner with the Seminole Police Department noticed Kaile Bowlegs driving a white Chevrolet pickup that matched the description of a vehicle that was reported stolen out of Ada. He also knew that Bowlegs didn’t have a valid driver’s license, so Messner followed the vehicle to Buddy’s Appliance Center on Main Street.
