Convicted Felon Arrested on Forgery Charges

A convicted felon is facing new charges after he allegedly tried to pass a check with a forged signature on it at a local bank earlier this year. Justin Paul Hook, 33, of Holdenville was arrested June 28 and has been charged with a felony count of second-degree forgery.
