CLEARWATER, Fla. A walk-off two-run single from Rosie Davis with two outs in the bottom of the seventh lifted Oklahoma State to a 4-3 comeback win over No. 12 Alabama on Sunday night at the Eddie C. Moore Complex.

The Seminole Chieftains held their Senior Night Monday night against the Ada Cougars. Seminole honored 11 seniors before the games started. The Lady Chieftains had a very slow start to the game. The Lady Cougars jumped out to a 20-point lead in the first.

The Varnum Whippets started their district playoffs at Macomb this past weekend. The schools participating at Macomb were Bowlegs, Butner, Macomb and Varnum. The Varnum Lady Whippets started on Thursday evening facing the Butner Lady Eagles.

The Sasakwa Lady Vikings are District Runner Up Champions. The Lady Vikings fell to Earlsboro Lady Wildcats 40-61 Saturday night.

The Sasakwa Vikings are District Champions. The Vikings defeated the Earlsboro Wildcats Saturday 54-48.

Sasakwa was the site for the District 2 Area IV basketball district playoffs this past weekend. Schools competing at the site were Maud and Earlsboro along with Sasakwa. The Sasakwa Lady Vikings didn’t have to play until Friday evening against the Maud Lady Tigers.
