City to Give Pay Raises, Beef up Police Force

A pay increase for city employees, a beefed-up police force and more money for cleaning up the community highlight the City of Seminole’s budget for FY 2021-22 that was approved by the city council last week. With the new budget, the city anticipates taking in just under $12.

Knighton, a 17yr Old, Breaks 200m Record

Erriyon Knighton, a 17-year-old sprinter who turned professional in January, broke Usain Bolt‘s U18 200m record on Monday night. Knighton clocked 20.11 seconds at an American Track League meet in Jacksonville, Florida, beating Bolt’s record of 20.13 from 2003.
