Lowery Betty Rosella Lowery, 90, of Oklahoma City, passed away November 17, 2024 at her home. Betty was born January 1, 1934 in Okemah, Oklahoma to Marion and Martha White. Her early years were shaped by hard work and deep devotion to family.

Darr Timothy “Tim” Darr, Seminole, OK resident, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024, at his home at age 66. Tim was born on December 11, 1957, in Seminole to Roy Eugene Darr and Georgia Mae (Burkhart) Darr. He was a graduate of New Lima High School and attended Seminole State College.

Wood Seminole resident, Betty Louise Wood, 87, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024, at her home. Betty, the daughter of Stell and Jewell (Gray) Cosby, was born December 21, 1936, in Harden City, Oklahoma, south of Ada.

Williams Selah Rae Williams, Seminole resident, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 in Shawnee, at the age of 89. Selah was born on March 20, 1935 in Bearden, OK what was once called the Red Mound area to Richard H. Williams and Minnie Pearl (Rae) Williams.

Walker Frankie Gene Walker Jr., age 69, resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away in his home on November 11, 2024 at 3:30 am. Frankie was born on August 11, 1955 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Frankie Gene Walker Sr. and Betty Lou (Stacy) Walker. He was the oldest of five children.

Meek Johnny “John” Ray Meek, Seminole, OK resident, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at his home at the age of 80. John was born on June 15, 1944 in Seminole to Virgil Johnny Meek and Agnes Florene (Pixley) Meek. He grew up in Seminole and spent most of his life in this area.

Laura Mae (Kirby) Jolly, age 94 and a former resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2024 at Seminole Care and Rehab Center in Seminole, Oklahoma. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m.

Barton Wanda Diane Taylor Barton, age 68, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2024. She was born in Chickasha, OK on November 13, 1955 and shared that birthday with her maternal grandmother, Cora Bush of Chickasha, OK. Wanda’s parents were J. Albert “Bud” Taylor and Helen Norene (Bush) Houck.

Hardin Sondra Gail Hardin, cherished wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away November 5, 2024, with her family by her side. She was 82. Sondra was born on September 17, 1942, in Holdenville to Marvin and Dollye Morris.

Faulkner Memorial services for Daniel Lee Faulkner, 77 will be at 2:00 PM Saturday November 9, 2024 at Hooker High School Gymnasium officiated by Mike McReynolds. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey.
