Sondra Hardin
Hardin Sondra Gail Hardin, cherished wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away November 5, 2024, with her family by her side. She was 82.
Sondra was born on September 17, 1942, in Holdenville to Marvin and Dollye Morris. She attended Pleasant Grove Schools where she was her class Valedictorian. She married Melvin Hardin on November 4, 1961, in Stigler. Together they owned and operated Hardin Trucking. She later went on to work for many years at the Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum in Seminole.
She was a member of the Pleasant Grove school board for many years and was a member of the Church of Christ in Little.
She always made sure her family felt loved and cared for. She was kind and made everyone close to her feel like they were a part of her family.
Preceding her in death are her husband, Melvin Hardin, her parents Dollye and Marvin Morris, and one son, Eric Hardin.
She is survived by her daughters, Amy Hardin Hall and Shirley Hardin, sons Greg Hardin and Melvin Lee Hardin, sister Pam Tiger and brother Doug Morris, Grandchildren, Chase Hall, Nicole Hall, Michael Nadeau, Carrie Babb, Storm Wise-Talamasy, Amanda Smith, and Ethan Hardin and many great grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 1 p.m., Monday, November 11th at Church of Christ in Little.
