Seminole School Board Cancels Aug. 9 Meeting
The Seminole Public School District Board of Education meeting scheduled for Monday, Aug. 9, has been cancelled. The meeting was originally scheduled as a regular monthly meeting.
The Seminole Public-School Board of Education has scheduled a special meeting for Monday, Aug. 16 at 6:00 p.m. in the District Administration and Educational Services Building, 600 W. Strother Avenue, Seminole, OK 74868.
Dr. Bob Gragg, Superintendent of Seminole Public Schools, says “Any items that would have been listed on the agenda for the August 9th meeting will be moved to the special meeting on August 16th.” The decision to cancel the regular meeting scheduled for August 9th was due to the professional development schedule for SPS Employees on the same day and throughout that week in preparation of the first day of classes set for Friday August 13th. This decision was jointly made by Superintendent Gragg and Board President, Linda Hampton, along with input from all members of the board.
If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact the superintendent’s office (405. 382-5085).
