On the eve of the State Democratic Convention in Oklahoma City, State Rep. David Boren of Seminole County said that he plans to pre-file for consideration by the next legislature, a bill establishing a presidential primary for Oklahoma. Boren said that the present method of selecting delegates is undemocratic and opens the possibility that delegates can be selected by either party who are totally unrepresentative of the people of Oklahoma.
