The City of Konawa showed their appreciation for long time City employee R.D. Coody, who began working for the water department on April 16, 1992. On Thursday Konawa City Manager Tim Cully presented Coody with a plaque in appreciation of his 30 years of service, and a special lunch celebration was planned for Friday. The hope is that they can give Coody a small idea of how much they appreciate him.
