She was thrilled and kind of cuddled with the flightless seabird saying, “I didn’t expect this. It’s won derful. Just petting the penguin and seeing him close up.”

After being pulled over for driving his rig through the roundabout by Seminole Police, Aleksandr Petrosyan, 60, allegedly attempted to pass himself off as one of his employees.
