Read morePoteau residents Steven Duane Embrey, 64, and Jeremy Paul Newman, 46, each face one felony count of aggravated trafficking in illegal drugs (fentanyl), according to felony information filed in the District Court of Seminole County. The pair were allegedly in possession of 106 grams of fentanyl, the felony information states. The probable cause affidavit that was filed in this case states that on June 21, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) Interdiction Agent Justin Taylor performed a traffic stop for a traffic violation on a 2007 red Chevy Colorado pickup truck at approximately 2:58 p.m. on I-40 near mile marker 202 in Seminole County. Embrey was driving and Newman was a passenger.
