The Seminole Arts Council’s ongoing efforts to provide public art for citizens of the community to take pride in and for visitors to enjoy recently completed another project. Their latest contribution to the community is a mural they’re calling “The Hope Bird” located at the corner of N. Park St. and W. Broadway Ave. one block west of Milt Phillips Ave.
