Medcalf Reggie Edward Medcalf, age 78, of Ada, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at his home in Ada, OK with his wife by his side.

The family will receive guests from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Konawa, Oklahoma. A private family service will be scheduled later, and burial will be at Harper Cemetery in Harper, Texas.

Reggie is survived by his wife, Pamela Ann Medcalf of their home in Ada, OK; son, Johnny Ray Medcalf and wife, Missy Medcalf of Franklin, TX, and Joel Medcalf and wife, Kara Medcalf of Ada, OK; six grandkids, two great grandkids, brother, Gary Medcalf of Whitesboro, TX, along with numerous in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Reggie was preceded in death by his parents George and Kathryn Medcalf, and brother, Georgie Medcalf.
