Richard Emit Smart passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026 in Wewoka, Oklahoma at the age of 74.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, David Smart.

Rick is survived by his wife Sharon Smart of the home; children, Tamma Smart of Eufaula, OK, Sean Worcester of Ada, OK, numerous grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 7, 2026 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, Oklahoma with David Dunn officiating. Interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
