Patton Glenda R. Patton, 68, of Cromwell, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family and friends. She was born on December 26, 1957, in Lindsey, Oklahoma, to Glenn D. Blanton and LaVina B. Cox.

Glenda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was centered on faith, family, and kindness. She loved the Lord deeply and faithfully shared her faith in Jesus Christ with her family, and friends. Glenda’s warm spirit, caring heart, and joyful presence touched many lives and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband, John P. Patton of the home; two sons, Robby Harjo and wife Janice of Seminole, OK, and Eric Chad Harjo of Cromwell, OK; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Cindy Murray of Wewoka, OK, Tammy Broome of Wewoka, OK, Rhonda Poole of Cromwell, OK, Nena Anderson of Wewoka, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn D. Blanton; her mother, LaVina B. Cox; and her brother, G. Randale Blanton.

Glenda’s legacy of faith, love, and devotion to family will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.
