Texarkana, TX resident Geannetta Joy Wilson passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026 in Texarkana at the age of 78. She was born on May 27, 1947 in Holdenville, OK to Alvin Stanley and Bobbie Maude (Cordell) Craig. She was a Seminole High School graduate. She owned and operated Pat’s Café in Seminole, OK.

Geannetta was kindhearted and often helped the homeless, elderly and mothers with children. She was dedicated to her church family. She was well traveled and often went on mission trips to serve. Geannetta loved going to her grandchildren’s activities. Geannetta is survived by her son and daughterin- law, Craig L. and Toni Tiger Wilson of Will Point, TX; six grandchildren, Jasper Nolen Wilson, Lacy Wilson, Alvin Zachary Craig Wilson, Joel Anthony Wilson, Justin Tyler Wilson and Chase Cassidy Wilson; great granddaughter, Jacey Ann Wade and many other family and friends.

Geannetta’s son, Joel Nolen Wilson passed by her side while protecting her. She is preceded in death by her father, Alvin Craig; mother, Bobbie Craig; brother, Melvin Craig and sister, Pam Burton.

Those serving as casket bearers will be David Buss, Bo Buss, Ty Craig, Travis Craig, Barry Cordell and Trevor Davis. Honorary casket bearer will be Gary Cordell.

Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, OK. Tom and Nikki Azlin will be officiating. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
