Haley Destine Ann Marie Haley, age 25, of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away on October 1, 2026.

Destine is survived by her parents, William Haley and Ginger Haley, and her brother, Jason Lee Haley and grandmother, Peggy Haworth. She also leaves behind a cherished extended family.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers and grandfathers, Sharon Haley, Bill Haley, and Eddie Haworth.

Services to celebrate Destine’s life will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM at The Lord’s Community Church, located at 501 North 5th Street, Seminole, Oklahoma 74868. A viewing will take place before the service from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the church.

Services are under the direction of OK Cremation and Funeral Home, Oklahoma City.
