Lois “Elaine” (Sutton) Walker, age 78 and a longtime resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away March 16, 2023 at her home in Konawa.

A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Konawa Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa. Chaplain, Tim O’Gwynn of Elara Hospice will officiate.

Elaine was born August 2, 1944 in Vamoosa, Oklahoma to James Arnom Sutton and Louise (McMeans) Sutton Limke.

She is survived by one son, Warren Walker of Konawa; one daughter, Rhonda Walker of Ada, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ike Walker; father, Arnom Sutton; mother, Louise Limke; one son, James Carlton Walker; and two brothers, Arnom Sutton, Jr., and John Sutton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Vamoosa Baptist Church.
