Wewoka Tigers Win Districts at Home Thursday

The Wewoka Tigers hosted their District Playoff Championship Thursday night and took on the Warner Eagles. Wewoka played their hearts out but had a rubber- band match in their games.

Sooners Baseball Completes Sweep, Set Program Record

NORMAN – No. 21 Oklahoma completed the three-game sweep over Coppin State with a 11-0 run-rule win Sunday afternoon in Norman. The Sooners (7-0) outscored the Eagles (0-4) 57-1 on the weekend and outhit the opposition 37-9.

Varnum Wins First Round of Regionals at Home Tuesday

Varnum just came off a district win over Wetumka Friday night and moved on to host the regional playoffs Tuesday night against Union City. Varnum protected their home court in both games in front of a packed Whippet gymnasium.

Seminole State Celebrate 50th Anniversary of Belles Monday

Seminole State had a historic evening Monday night as the SSC Belles celebrated their 50th anniversary of the 1976 National Championship. Seminole State hosted the Northern Oklahoma College- Tonkawa and protected their home court in both games.
