Smith Alpha Louise Drewry Smith (Louise) was born April 3, 1929, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She was the ninth of 10 children of William Payton Drewry and Mary Floy (Smythe) Drewry. She attended school at Butner where she excelled at basketball and her academic courses.

Watkins Jerry Lee Watkins of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on December 26, 1941, in Prague, Oklahoma, to Bernie Doolin Watkins and Gladys Ethel (Ellis) Watkins. Jerry was a proud graduate of Capitol Hill High School, class of 1960.

Courtney Anna Louise (Forbes) Courtney, age 93 and a longtime resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away April 5, 2025 at Glenhaven Retirement Village in Chickasha, Oklahoma. A graveside service is scheduled for 1100 a.m.

Madron Linda Sue Madron age 66, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude Lee and Mary Francis (Taylor) Parker, and sister, Karen Daniels.

Butler Maream Mandy May Butler, longtime Seminole resident, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at her residence in Seminole at the age of 41. Maream was born January 26, 1984 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Cynthia Butler and Troy Abunasrah.

Howard Harley Lee Howard, longtime Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away on April 3, 2025 at the age of 87. He was born on May 22, 1937 to Sylvester and Betty Opal (Loftis) Howard in Hartford, Arkansas. His family moved to Seminole where Harley grew up. Harley married Dortha L.

Sneed Nadine Sneed, Seminole, OK resident passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in Seminole at the age of 91. She was born October 28, 1933 to Carl and Ruby Riddle in Seminole. Other than briefly living in Chicago, Nadine spent all of her life in Seminole.

Leitka Sheila Marie Leitka age 61, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born May 20, 1963 in Talahina, Oklahoma to Lilly Mae Walters and adopted by Frank Leitka and Lorraine Leitka. She married Jeffery P. Dinwiddie.

York Wewoka resident, Osceola York, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025, in Edmond, at the age of 67. O.C., the son of Henry York and Mary Etta (Jones) Franks, was born October 24, 1957, in Oklahoma City. He grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from US Grant High School.
