Phillips Bobby Ray Phillips was born June 19, 1953, in Seminole, OK to Robert R. and Elva E. (Merriman) Phillips. He was born and raised in Seminole and a graduate of the 1971 class of Seminole High School. Bobby married Sharlene Collinsworth in Pickett Center, OK on March 1, 1974.

Williams Seminole resident, Ruby Earlene Williams, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, April 14, 2025, at her home, at the age of 89 years. Earlene, the daughter of Riley and Hazel (Coleman) Knight, was born on June 22, 1935, in Seminole.

Keesee Dale Lee Keesee, Shawnee resident, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025 in Sulphur at the age of 89.

Honeycutt Norman Clark Honeycutt, age 86 and a longtime resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away April 12, 2025 at Blue River Healthcare in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa, and a service may be scheduled at a later date.

Grissom Joi Dell Grissom, a caregiver, bookkeeper, and lifelong learner was ushered into her eternal home on April 10, 2025 at the age of 85 years. She was born March 26, 1940 in Prague, OK to Charles and Inez (Deason) Snyder.

Whisnant Robert Ray Whisnant passed peacefully from this life on April 6, 2025 at his home in Drumright, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 4 months, and 12 days. Robert was born on November 25, 1943 in Earlsboro, Oklahoma to the late Robert Roosevelt and Ollie May (Rhamy) Whisnant.

Anderson Pamela Sue Anderson, Seminole, OK resident, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025 in Seminole at the age of 74. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Floris Brendel and husband, Andy Anderson.

Rowe Roberta Ann Rowe, 58, of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025. She was born on October 14, 1966 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Charles and Peggy Goforth. Roberta was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother, whose greatest joy in life was her family.

Constance “Conni” Dolores Streeter passed away April 9, 2025, in Seminole. She was born October 30, 1941, in Miller, SD to Ross and Myrna (Fintzel) Cotton. No services are scheduled.

Astra Jean Gavrel was born sleeping March 29, 2025 at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas to parents, Tara S. (Van Brunt) and Christopher Timothy Gavrel of Richmond, Texas. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
