William E. Ruloph, 56 of Eufaula, Oklahoma passed away Sunday March 6, 2022. William was born on November 29, 1965 in Martinez, California.

He grew up in Seminole, OK. Raised by his mom Bettie (Stephenson) Martin and dad Floyd Martin. William accepted his lord and savior at a young age. He attended school at Pleasant Grove in Seminole, OK. He received his welding certificate in Altus, OK. Landscaping was his profession and passion. William loved a good

William loved a good game of Farkle, Dominoes, or any type of card games. At young ages he taught his nieces the game of poker, to the point they beat him at his own game. He loved gathering with family and friends. William’s favorite things to do was fishing, playing his guitar, going to the casino’s and riding his four-wheeler. He was a kindhearted soul, would give his shirt or last dollar to anyone in need.

Survivors include; his dad, Floyd Martin, Guthrie, OK, Sisters, Ruth Peralsky (Bruce) San Pablo, California, Jannice Martin, Seminole, OK, and Belva Humphrey, Eufaula, OK. Brothers, Steve Martin (Dawn) Fort Valley, GA. Timothy Martin Eufaula, OK, Michael Martin, Muskogee, OK and Chris Martin (Heather) Guthrie, OK. Numerous nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.

William is preceded in death by his mother Bettie (Stephenson) Martin, biological father Jack Ruloph, Grandfather George Martin of Dustin, OK, Brother, Bobby Martin, Sister-in-law, Peggy Martin, Great Nephews, Jacob Borba, Dustin Floyd Bray Jr and Trevor Burns.

Memorial Service for William E. Ruloph to be held on Saturday March 19, 2022 at Piney Creek Fellowship Church with Pastor Milton Allen officiating.
