Marvin Edward (Eddie) Waldron was born on October 1, 1964 to Oliver Robert (Bob) Waldron and Wanda (McAdams) Mitchell in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He passed from this life on April 15, 2024 at his residence in Maud, OK at the age of 59.

Growing up, Eddie spent most of his childhood in Southeastern Oklahoma. He attended school in Clayton, OK until his family moved to Mustang, OK where he attended high school, played baseball and graduated in 1981 at the age of 16.

Eddie worked during high school at Snyder’s IGA Grocery before moving to Shawnee, OK where he began working for Bob Townsend Ford.

In 1991, Eddie began working at E & J Auto Center for Earl Finch. During his time at E & J he became a Master Mechanic, and in 2002 he purchased the business from Earl. He had many hobbies, among these were traveling (his favorite spots were Mexico and Ireland), baseball, softball, scuba diving, golf, and enjoying time on the beach with a drink in his hand. His greatest accomplishments are his seven children and his amazing grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father Oliver Robert Waldron, his life partner Judy Carroll, and his brother-in-law Leon Skaggs.

Leaving to cherish his memory are his mother Wanda Mitchell; siblings; Teresa Skaggs, Pam (Jeff) Smith, Jim (Matt) Cunningham; children Jacqueline Sinor; Jessica (Cord) Tucker; John Waldron; Jacob Edward Dakota Waldron; three bonus children, Kelly (Clayton) Sexton; JJ Kitchen; and Kari Porter; grandchildren: Zander and Sybella Sinor, Izabelle, Ilysa, and Imelia Tucker; Desirae Burleson and Elijah Waldron; bonus grandchildren, Quentin, Max, and Easton Kitchen; Reese, Brody, and Rylie Sexton; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loyal customers.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for May 5 at 2 pm at Glen Collins Memorial Park-Shawnee Twin Lakes, 33547 Independence St., Shawnee OK 74801.
