Billy Franklin Brinsfield, Jr. (Frank) formerly of Seminole, Oklahoma passed away March 21, 2022 in Spring, Texas. He was 74 years old. Frank was born in Seminole, Oklahoma on January 17,, 1948 to Billy Franklin and Gladys Jo Brinsfield. Frank married Janice Carol Lawson on December 29, 1967 in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Frank is survived by his wife of 54 years, Janice Brinsfield of Spring, Texas; their children Billy Franklin Brinsfield III and wife Shannon of Cadiz, Kentucky, Shiela Kinnard of Conroe, Texas, and Becca Bates and husband Shane of Pasadena, Texas; his beloved grandchildren Kerbi Brinsfield, Karli Brinsfield, Taylor Kinnard, Emily Brinsfield, and Jackson Bates; sister Judy Jones and husband Jerry of Seminole, Oklahoma; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; his ROMEO (Retired Old Men Eating Out) group; his extremely special golf buddies; and his cherished cats Bubba, Stormy, Tootie, and Simon as well as his outdoor cats, raccoons, and opossum.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents Billy Franklin and Gladys Jo Brinsfield, and brother Johnny Brinsfield. Frank was a loving hus

Frank was a loving husband, adoring dad, and an extremely proud Papa. He was a friend to all who knew him. Frank was an avid golfer who could be found playing daily with his best friends at WindRose Golf Club. Frank loved his wife, children, cats, and golf with all of his heart, but his absolute true loves of his life were his five grandchildren.

Services for Frank will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 26th, 2022 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma. Graveside services will follow at Little Cemetery in Seminole, Oklahoma with Pastor James Stephens, officiating.

Casket bearers will be Tom Moon, Tim Moon, Bert Renfro, Phillip Lansford, Tommy Moore and Herman Hill. Honorary bearers will be Bill Lozier, Jim Lozier, Jerry Jones, James Brinsfield, Roy Joyner and Johnny Choate.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
