Eunice Morgan

Eunice Belle Morgan was born December 11, 1927 in the country east of Konawa, Oklahoma to Eugene and Iva Knight Brewer. She passed from this life on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Eunice grew up in the country east of Konawa and graduated from the school in Wolf, Oklahoma in 1945. In 1946, Eunice moved to Seminole, Oklahoma where she lived the remainder of her life. On April 20, 1947, Eunice married the love of her life David Morgan. Both Eunice and David were faithful servants of the Lord serving the “young kids” (17-24 years old) of Seminole at the First Baptist Church. She and David loved the young people and impacted countless lives through the teaching of the Training Union class.

Eunice was preceded in death by her husband David Morgan and her daughter Priscilla Jane King of Lindsay, Oklahoma. Eunice was one of eight children and was preceded in death by all her siblings; sisters Laura Cooper, Trola Mae Quattlebaum, Marie Sisk, Bobby Reynolds, Pat Erwin and her brothers William Brewer and Bedford Brewer.

Her survivors include her son-in-law Bill King of Lindsay, Oklahoma, her grandchildren Jason Micah King, Joshua Daniel King, Aaron Jacob King, and Rebekah Faith King and her great-grandchildren Charlotte Marie and Priscilla Mae.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Seminole, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
