Ester Smith

Smith Ester Smith, age 86, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family, on February 5, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edmond Smith; son, Johnny Smith; bothers Paul, Doyle, and Wilman Davis.

Ester is survived by her children, Debra Hendrix of Wewoka, OK, Johnny Smith of Tecumseh, OK, Bart Smith of Wewoka, OK; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson; sister, Lois Baxter, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, February 9, 2026 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
