Betty Lou Romine, age 71, passed away June 7, 2020 at her home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
She was born July 19, 1948 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to parents L.C. Ligon and Bernadine (Hall) Ligon.
Betty was a high school graduate.
She worked as a dispatcher at Canadian Valley Electric in Seminole.
Betty is survived by her sister; Barbara Ann Tiger and her husband James, grandchildren; Jared and Jennifer Griffin and Tyler and Meagan Griffin and great-grandchildren; Judaea, Josiah, Jett and Pearce Griffin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Judy Welhan and Dona Dodson and son; Michael Babb.
Memorial services for Betty will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2020 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
