Alan Dale Walker, 70, of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma took his final ride home July 11, 2022. “Big Al” was a mighty man of God, with many titles including Husband, Brother, Son, Dad, Grandpa, Papa, Friend and maybe an enemy to a few.

Alan spent his early years in Arkansas City, Kansas, with his parents Bill Walker and Sarah Scruggs, and two younger brothers before they moved to Seminole, Oklahoma.

After high school and some odd jobs, Al started his career in the Oil and Gas Industry alongside his father. His blessed career took him to Grand Junction, Colorado for 17 years. In that time, he started 500 Drilling and worked for Basic Energy Air. Al traveled for work throughout the United States, Indonesia, Singapore, the Middle East and finally settled down in Farmington, New Mexico. Mister Al married his biker chick, the love of his life, Tish Condit, on March 7, 2007 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. They rode the mountains high from Aztec, New Mexico through Colorado and finally retired in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.

Al had many hobbies, the greatest of which was being a Harley Davidson enthusiast. He lived to ride his “hog” and share the thrill of the ride with anyone as the wind blew through his “three hairs.” “Fishy, fishy in the brooke, come and get on Big Al’s hook” was heard many times as Al loved fishing, boating, and camping. He was a Denver Broncos and OU Sooners fan. He was an active member of the Word of Life Christian Center in Farmington, New Mexico where he and his wife were involved in teaching marriage through the word of God and other ministries. After moving to Pauls Valley he became an active member of The House church.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

He is survived by his wife Tish Walker of Pauls Valley, OK., daughter Renee and husband Jeff Parsons of Tulsa, OK., daughter Maronda (Mo) Walker-Blankenship of Winfield, KS., daughter Teri and husband Fred Bauch of Duncan, OK., son Tony (Mr. T) and wife Cari Adams of Elmore City, OK., and daughter Andrea (Red) and husband Steven Venn of Winfield, KS.
