Governor David Hall will make the main address at the dedicatory luncheon for Seminole Junior College’s new building to be held in the Harvest House at noon on August 26, President Elmer Tanner of the college announced today. Chancellor E.T. Dunlap of the Board of Regents for Higher Education will introduce the governor, Tanner added.
