Polling Place Changes Temporarily; Moves To Municipal Building

Posted in:

(Editor’s note: The next election affecting voters in the City of Seminole will be the city council race in Ward Two between incumbent Eddie Foreman and Jolene Doucette).

The polling place for Precincts 670024 and 670031 in Seminole County has temporarily changed, the Secretary of the Seminole County Election Board announced this week.

Voters in Precinct 670024 and 670031 formerly voted at the Senior Activity Center, 322 4th St. in Seminole.

Effective immediately, the new temporary polling place will be City of Seminole Municipal Building, 401 N. Main in Seminole.

The temporary move is due to the Seminole Activity Center undergoing renovations and will be moved back as soon as possible.

Voters who have questions or concerns, should contact the Seminole County Election Board at 405-257-2786 or seminolecounty@ elections.ok.gov. The County Election Board is located at 123 S. Mekusukey in Wewoka. Office hours are 8 a.m. – 3 p.m, Monday through Friday.
