Our municipal election coverage in the Thursday, Feb. 12 edition contained an error.

The story incorrectly stated that Wewoka mayoral candidates Ann Hastings and Keith Kincade will advance to a general election on April 7.

According to the Seminole County Election Board, Keith Kincade won the majority of the votes, so there is no need for a general election. Kincade will be declared the winner of Tuesday’s election.
