On a hot and humid Friday, September 20th, the Seminole Chieftains played their first home game of 2024. In the final non-district game of the season, the Chieftains hosted the Harrah Panthers. A Seminole team, down a few key players, (OL Sam Self and DB Armon Burris), grinded out a 16-6 win over the Panthers. With the victory, the Chieftains moved to 3-0 on the season.

NEWSWEEK - The abdominal/oblique injury to Texas football quarterback Quinn Ewers is reportedly not as serious as it was originally believed. Ewers exited Saturday’s game against the University of Texas San Antonio with the injury and did not return.
