One project affecting State Highway 99-3 in Seminole County was being completed Saturday morning by the contractor, W. T. Milam Co. of Ada, and the contractor for paving the approximately 8 and one-half-mile stretch of new routing of Highway 99-3 from near the Salt Creek bridge north to a point just west of Bowlegs was getting some preliminary work done before starting the surfacing job, a check with State Highway Department officials in the county showed Saturday.
