Seminole resident Randall Cole has been elected Regional Vice President for Ducks Unlimited. He will be responsible for serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Ducks Unlimited and acting as a liaison for all chapters within Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico which is considered Region 8.
