Felony charges have been filed against a man who allegedly led police on a high-speed chase that spanned two counties. Lee Charles Ruston, 25, of Ada was arrested last week following a pursuit that began on Highway 377 in Seminole and ended on Interstate 40 near the Shawnee Mall.
