Are you ever distracted from doing what you started? I’m sure we all are, but every time I think I’m going to start writing this column, it can get to be quite a challenge and even comical. I’ve been thinking for 3 days about what to write about. Then, when I think I know, it takes FOREVER to get it going on the Mac. Before I even have time to find it, the phone rings. It’s the library telling me several boxes of cards have been brought in from people donating them to my cause of making cards 4 times a year for about 340 residents from 6 area nursing homes. All I have to ask Resses is “Do you want to go?” She grabs one of her chew toys and starts to wiggle as she runs in circles. So, I load her up in the car and we’re off to the library. My goodness, there must be hundreds. I’m ecstatic!
