An Okemah resident has been charged with one felony count of larceny of domestic animals according to documents filed in the District Court of Seminole County. The felony information states that Tommy Baugus Jr., 53, “on or between the 1st day of November, 2021 and the 31st day of March, 2022, by wrongfully taking and carrying away fourteen (14) head of calves that belonged to (victim’s name withheld) without the consent of (victim) and with the intent to steal.”
