A measure to connect Oklahoma’s historic all Black towns, which includes the Seminole County community of Lima, has gained full Senate approval. According to a press release, SB 509, authored by Sen. Kevin Matthews, D-Tulsa and Sen.

Oklahoma State University and Tinker Air Force Base have signed a cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA) which will develop technology that directly impacts the readiness of the United States Air Force.
