His parents were William Bill Narcomey (aka “Willie B”, Eufaula Band) and Dorothy Bean Narcomey (Fushutche Band). He is the oldest of 8 children, Dave grew up in poverty, He viewed this as an incentive to better himself. Dave started working at the age of 14 years old, working as a “janitor’s assistant” for the Bowlegs School system. His ceremonial grounds are “New Tulsa”, with his family Churches being the “Mekusukey Church and the Cedar Creek Baptist Church”. Dave is married to Cynthia Narcomey, for 52 years and they have two daughters, with one daughter recently retiring from the Army Reserve with 26 years of service. They also have 6 grandchildren, ages 12 to 28 years old.
