Milburn Edward Tucker
Milburn Edward Tucker, known to family and friends as “Tucker”, passed away with family by his side on March 12, 2026, in Paris, Texas, at the age 85.
He was born on September 8, 1940, in Harris, Oklahoma. After graduating from Seminole High School, he attended Seminole Junior College. Milburn served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps as an E-4, a chapter of is life that reflected his sense of duty, discipline, and commitment.
Milburn was a dedicated professional who built a respected career in the sales industry starting at an early age of 15 at Sharpe’s Dry Goods, American Tobacco Company and retired from Kraft-General Foods in Anchorage, Alaska. After retiring, Milburn moved to Broken Bow, Oklahoma where he owned/ operated Beavers Bend Marina.
Family was at the center of Milburn’s life. He is survived by his wife, Judith Kay Danielson Tucker; his son Milburn Edward Tucker II, and wife Carrie Tucker; and his daughter, Tabitha Kay Wright, and husband James; 14 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl C. Tucker; his wife, Bertha Mae Owens Tucker; his first wife of 54 years, Sharon Cloud Tucker, who passed away in 2014; his brothers, Leon, Leonard, and Edgar Tucker; his sister, Imogene Replogle; his daughter Kimberly Dawn Johnson; his grandson Tucker E. Johnson; and his great-grandson Ryker Shane Owens.
Milburn was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He had a lifelong interest in family history and genealogy. This interest reflected his appreciation for heritage, identity, and the importance of remembering where one comes from. He valued the past, honored his roots, and understood the significance of family ties.
Milburn Edward Tucker’s life touched many, and his legacy will continue through the family he loved and the example he set.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, at Denison Cemetery in Idabel, Oklahoma.
