Terry Birdwell

Terry Birdwell passed away December 16, 2025 in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Born on October 20,1954, in Denver, Colorado, Terry was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Elizabeth Payne. She graduated from Carmel High School in Carmel California, and proudly served in the United States Army until the birth of her second child.

Terry is survived by her loving family, brothers Marty Conrad and his wife Tina, and Chris Payne, sister Barbara Pewtress and her husband Daniel.

She leaves behind her children, John Birdwell lll and his wife Leanne of Konawa, Oklahoma; and Tara Birdwell of Arlington, Texas.

Terry was a proud grandmother to Donavon and his wife Tamara Thomas and children. Danielle and husband Jay Locklin, Dustin and wife Kaiya Thomas, Aubree Donoho, Savannah and husband Michael Hill, Aiden Buckler, Emma Buckler, John Birdwell Iv, and Amellia Liebel and partner Ian. She was blessed with numerous extended family and cherished friends. Terry will be remembered for her wisdom and unwavering love for her family.

A celebration of Life will be held on December 27, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. on the family property in Konawa, Oklahoma.
