Morgan Douglas E. Morgan, a devoted husband, father, grandfather passed away December 14, 2025. Born on February 19, 1943, to the late John and Ruby Morgan, Doug’s life was characterized by his dedication to his family, his students, and his vibrant, friendly nature.

Doug was born in Konawa, Oklahoma, and raised in Seminole, graduating from Seminole High School in 1961. Following high school, he furthered his education by earning his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in education, as well as serving in the Air Force. He then taught business classes and coached at Seminole High School and later taught PE at Wilson Elementary. After retirement, Doug moved to Moore where he enjoyed playing golf, traveling in his RV, and cheering for the OU Sooners as well as the OKC Thunder.

Doug’s legacy of love and laughter lives on through his large and loving family. He is survived by his wife, Judy Morgan; sister Paula Faught; four sons Sean; Chris; Matt and Jeff and their mother, Jenny Morgan; step-children Kathryn Schein and Jason Thomas, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Doug is remembered as a man who truly loved people. He possessed a warmth that drew others to him, and he had an exceptional gift for connecting with everyone he met.

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 22nd at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole.
