Charles Hudson

Hudson Charles Wade Hudson, age 86 and a resident of Konawa, passed away September 8, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa. Rev. Mitch Williams will officiate, and burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery. The family will receive guests Friday evening at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

He is survived by four sons, Tommy Curtis Hudson and wife, Jo Evelyn of Choctaw, Oklahoma, Bobby Joe Hudson of Konawa, Oklahoma, Frankie Dale Hudson and wife, Gina of Seminole, Oklahoma, and Charles Wade Hudson, Jr. an wife, Sonya of Konawa, Oklahoma; one daughter, Linda Gail Roberts and husband, Jim of Konawa; one sister, June Morgan of Konawa; 21 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J. O. and Helen Hudson; his wife, Flora Leona Hudson; six brothers, J. O. Hudson, Alfred Hudson, Cleo Hudson, Afton Hudson, Tommy Hudson, and Alonzo Hudson; one sister, Vera Doran; one daughterin- law, Tina Hudson; and one grandchild, Misty Gail Hudson.
