Michael Lanning Harris, age 62, resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away November 11, 2022, in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Mike was born on July 20, 1960, to Jack Harris and Mary Ann Harris in Wewoka, Oklahoma, and worked as a truck driver. He was a hard-working family man. When not driving his truck, he could be found spending time with the people he loved. He cherished the simple things in life, grilling out, a good steak, Sunday morning breakfast with his girls, and sharing ice cream and “fudgicals” with the grandkids.

He was ol’ reliable, Mr. Fix-it, our rock and our hard place, and protector of all he loved.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Ann Harris, grandparents, Jennie and Joseph Harris, and grandparents, Ivy Lee and Lonnie McNeal.

Survivors include his wife, Karen of the home, daughter, Katie and Philip Flynn of Murchison, TX with grandchildren, Aiden Harris, Michael Webb, Nick Cook, Leona Flynn, and Nancy Flynn, daughter, Susan and Adam Huerta of Carrollton, TX with granddaughter, River Huerta, daughter, Beth
