From The Files of The Seminole Producer

WEWOKA- A former employee and two present employees in county Assessor Paul Mathews’ office were threatened prior to testifying under subpoena today before the Seminole County Grand Jury, the Producer has learned.

Meanwhile, a star witness in an investigation of Mathews’ office underwent an operation recently and apparently will not be well enough to testify, it also was disclosed.
