Seminole Utilities Authority Approves Heyday Agreement

An agreement for management of the city-owned family entertainment center, which is expected to open later this summer, has been approved by the Seminole Utilities Authority.

After tabling the measure at its April 14 meeting, theAuthority put its seal of approval on a public/private partnership agreement with Norman-based Heyday Entertainment at a special meeting on Tuesday, April 21.

Under the contract, Heyday will manage the facility for a fee equivalent to four percent of the gross revenue, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 15 percent with performance-based bonuses after one year.
