CENTRAL
Arcadia: March 16. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 50°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad around creek channels and main lake. White bass fair on spinnerbaits and spoons around coves and creek channels. Crappie slow on hair jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Hefner: March 12. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 53°F and stained. (USGS Lake Level) Walleye excellent on spoons around dam, flats, and rocks. Largemouth bass good on jerk baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure, shorelines, and weed beds. Crappie good on jigs, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure, docks, and shorelines. Overholser: March 17. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 57°F and stained. (USGS Lake Level) White bass good on crankbaits and jigs around docks and points.

Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, and spoons around main lake and points. Arbuckle: March 16. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 54°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and smallmouth bass slow on Alabama rigs, jerk baits, and plastic baits around brush structure, channels, and coves. Eufaula : March 13. Elevation is 2.5 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 58°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, lipless baits, and plastic baits around channels, creek channels, points, and riprap. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, jigs, live bait, live shad, and shad below the dam, discharge, river channel, and river mouth. Konawa : March 15. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 62°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, lipless baits, and plastic baits around main lake, points, river channel, and weed beds. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and live shad around discharge, inlet, main lake, and river channel. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, and shrimp around discharge, inlet, and riprap. Report submitted by Garret Harley, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Texoma : March 15. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 59°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass fair on flukes, live shad, and sassy shad below the dam, channels, main lake, and points. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, dough bait, live shad, and punch bait below the dam, coves, points, river channel, and river mouth. Crappie fair on caddis flies, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and nymphs around brush structure and standing timber. Comments: Fishing this week was a little tougher. Main lake fishing is hit or miss at times. Some days are pretty good while others seem to be tough. Striper are being caught below the Denison Dam on live bait. Catfish are being caught near river channels and the mouth of the river. Crappie are being caught in jigs with PowerBait near brush piles around docks and open water.
