NORMAN — Despite a howling wind, the potent Oklahoma Sooner (25-2) bats pummeled five home runs as OU defeated Tulsa (8-15), 12-1, in five innings Wednesday, March 11. Ella Parker paced the Sooners with two homers, while Ailana Agbayani, Gabbie Garcia and Lexi McDaniel all added one apiece.

Fire Handle Sentinels in Season Opener

The Potawatomi Fire started their quest for a fourth consecutive TBL title with a bang on last Thursday night, beating the ADS Sentinels 137-103. “I thought we played pretty well,” said Fire head coach, and three-time TBL Coach of the Year, Mark Dannhoff.

Wewoka Tigers Area Champs

The Wewoka Tigers boys lost a very tough and close game against Latta at Regionals by one point in overtime but still advanced to the Area Playoffs at Checotah. Wewoka faced Colcord in their first round on Thursday and won a close game with a final score of 53-47.
